About the Author

Colonel (Ret) Randolph Harrison served 34 years in the Army National Guard. He has expertise in Nuclear Weapons, Air Defense, Military Police, Strategic Planning, Civil Support, Physical Security, Counter Terrorism and Counterdrug Operations. He had senior staff responsibilty in forming the Illinois Guard's WMD-Civil Support Team. He is a 1997 graduate of the prestigous Army War College.
