Through each heartfelt, magical, and poetic spell you will find yourself awakening to the unconditional love of Source, Lover, and the Earth.

About the Author

Now is Our time, now is our chance to do what no generation before us could do, to co-author a truly new existence of dreamtime awakening, to be living embodiments of all our greatest aspirations of Love, mercy, compassion, kindness, forgiveness, respect, strength, & grace. I have suffered enough to know that we are Not responsible for the world we’ve been given, but we Are responsible for the world we leave behind … out of tragedy comes greatness … or catastrophe, depending upon how we react to the challenges we are given … imagine a life marked by tears and torment, which would ultimately become a thing of beauty and extraordinary potential … by the time I was 8 I had already watched my little brother die before my eyes on a bloody street, my sister get kidnapped on our way to school, and felt the fist of abuse on my little boy face. My Father was a drug dealer, my Mom was an abuser of substances and of me, and this is only the beginning of darkness … tears which I would turn into treasures, brokenness which would become my strength, the trials of tribulation that would purify my heart. In fact, the misfortune continues, upon the completion of this work, my own family of 2 little brothers, 2 little sisters, father & step-mom (& a whole host of extended family members including my Grandmother, aunts, uncles, & cousins) are huddled in a Palestinian refugee camp in Southern Lebanon, living in conditions which are unimaginably cruel. Please pray for them, for I know Source hears all we think & feel. I see now, that all these horrific events have really been challenges for me to Forgive myself & the world around me, for our inconsistencies towards our highest ideals of kindness. Only through embracing my pain could I become the embodiment of compassion, all thanks to Source which helped me transform my tortured-past into Light! (No matter what you have been through Dear-One, no matter how bad it hurts, you can perform the alchemy that true human beings know. That is to say, I do not cling to my pain as anything other than the path that allowed me to become the Free-being that I AM. I tell my story now, as an example of what Spirit can do through a vessel who has surrendered to the inherent beauty happening in each ineffable moment of anguish & joy … for my Cherokee/Kanaanite genetic-story is really a heritage of suffering, displacement, abuse, & loss, especially loss of hope … mideast meets mid-west in Me, & much like my own personal history … my ancestors were forced to walk the trail of tears, & to leave behind everything they so loved … I too have walked a trail of tears … each footstep there simultaneously destroyed me, & made me whole … and now that I have lost everything, I’m free to do anything, & I know at last that every moment counts, & I will never give up, for I have turned this pain into my most loving poetry, & it is this holy gift that I share with you here … these words are my soul captured upon paper, my kiss to Creation, & my love letter to existence … my living example of how each tear brings us all a Spirit-step closer, to the One. Dreaming-Bear lives in Maui Hawaii. He has been a Professor at various universities & colleges for the last seven years, he holds two Masters Degrees, one in Communication, & one in Native American Philosophy (being completed now).
