About the Book

A book which deals with the tools nurse leaders . . . all nurses . . . need for the next millennium. We need to get past the anger, fear and denial which have marked our profession in this last decade of the 20th century; and prepare for the next with new attitudes, new skills, new purpose. The crux of these accomplishments will lie in having the courage to ask ourselves: future tense . . . or tense future??
