About the Book

Nadine Guliano has returned to Tallula, Louisiana after being exiled to Waco, Texas for the past nineteen years. She's come home to help bury her sister's husband, James, the most hated man in Tallula, who has been murdered.

Nadine falls in love with Doctor Steve Rose, who may or may not have Mafia connections and who may or may not be the murderer. Naddie's rocky road to romance is riddled with misadventures as she reunites with her wacky older sisters, her domineering Sicilian mother, her rogue brother and her romantic rival, niece, T.J. Marino.
