About the Author
Charles A. Hall retired from the army after a twenty year career with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He spent two decades as a teacher, coach, principal and superintendent. His education includes, BS, MA, and Ph.D. Other books written are: "So You Want to Be A School Administrator? The Sure Fire Way To Land that Principal Or Superintendent Job," and a novel, "The Whale Spirit." Dr. Hall and his wife Katherine have homes in Yelm, Washington and Mazatlan, Mexico
