Charles Raymond Dillon is a native of Los Angeles and has written extensively for professional magazines and the government. Hearts for the Gods is his tenth novel.
Dillon received a B.A. from Westminster College and is a diplomate of the Air War College and Naval War College. He has traveled extensively, is a member of MENSA and has served in the military.
