Herr Doktor Josef Weiss is forced to flee his country and career to save his life, but at the cost of his marriage. Nursing assistant Ann Ellen Aynsley faces a life trapped in small-town ordinariness. Afflicted children struggle for unattainable perfection.

Vision offers a world of lovers who dare not love, haters who seek to destroy, and children who are denied childhood. But in their inextricably intertwined lives, they share a common quest for healing.

About the Author

Adrienne Wolfert is the author of three novels as well as several books of poetry and children?s books. She was a finalist for the AWP award and the Delacorte Books for Young Readers Award. She has been a fellow at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts and was an exchange writer to Peredelkino in Russia.
