About the Book

Raven’s journey continues as she announces her decision to return to the valley she calls Shadowland, much to the dismay of her parents. But the mystique of her uncanny wisdom and knowledge, has impressed the Chiefs and Elders of the Bear Clan, and they agree, she should follow the path the Great One has set before her. For Raven, there is only one path, and she has no plan to deviate from it. But the path to life is often filled with pitfalls and barriers of every type, some are natural, while others, well, they include both man and animal.

About the Author

My own journey began back in the mid-50’s in northeastern Ohio, where my five brothers and I grew up in an area known as The Steel Valley. Living on the edge of town and near what was know as “The Slag Dump, “ our world was filled with adventure. Yet, like all youngsters, we each faced obstacles, and often tried to handle them ourselves, no matter the circumstances, or the resulting outcome, and when pride leads the way, disappointment often follows. Learning to acknowledge the wisdom of higher authority was difficult, but what we gained was invaluable to our growth as men.
