About the Book

At 14, Kim is surrounded by fellow students who are gay, transitioning from male to female or planning a transition from one sex to the other.  While her mother at first seems phobic about her bisexual father, her live-in grandmother does not pass judgment, shares her sense of humor and reflects on issues affecting them all.

About the Author

Diana Richmond is a retired attorney and fiction writer who lives in Northern California.  She is the author of three other novels: Some Other Time, Raising Dawn, and Resilience.
