About the Author

For more than two decades, he has dedicated his career to the oil and gas industry, with expertise in advanced air permitting, dispersion modeling, and regulatory compliance. Dr. Liu is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family.
