About the Book

Description of this Book “Life Make Sense If You Just Listen.” My approach in this book is to clear up some of the bad rap that God gets and the Bible gets. Every day I wake up seeing the glory of God, whether it is the beauty of the land, ocean or the beauty of the human body. I see all this beauty and is amazed by the creation of it, and magnificent of its beauty and function. The evidence of our creation is here if we would just be honest and take selfishness out of the equation. Part of our evidence is religion and science; you cannot have one without the other. This book tries to bring some evidence of creation through science and the Holy Bible through religion, together to show how and why we are here. Knowledge is power and of great value. Seek it you will find it. Remember everything has a cost from its beginnings.

About the Author

Charles F. Tademy III grew up in a small town in California. For half of his childhood life, he lived with his grandparents. While living with his grandparents, he had to attend Sunday school, and the main event on Sunday took place in the chancel of his church, where the entertainment occurred, with the congregation singing songs, the choir singing songs, and the preacher highlighting the evening with a sermon. Church lasted from 11:30 a.m. to about 3:00 p.m. Charles felt like it lasted all day long and was never going to end. His grandparents’ house was a full house. His grandmother had twelve kids including his mother, who was the oldest. He is the oldest of his three siblings and the oldest grandchild. The three-bedroom one-bathroom house he lived in with his grandparents had about eleven people living in it, at one time or another. The three girls, which included his sister, slept in the girls’ room. In the boys’ room were six boys, which slept in three beds: four boys slept in one bed, and the two oldest at the time had their own bunk bed. Living in that house was always an adventure. It had a big yard with chickens in it. Going fishing with his granddad and all those kids highlighted Charles’s day. Charles and his uncles played cowboys and Indians or cops and robbers, with sticks being the weapons of choice, and playing with little green Army men was a favorite. The one thing that was constant was church every Sunday—and sometimes on weekdays too. Charles’s educational life was an adventure as well. The elementary schools he attended were in Seattle, Washington; Modesto, California; and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The high schools he attended were in Modesto, California; Winnfield, Louisiana; and Houston, Texas. It was in Houston where he obtained a GED and joined the US Army in 1981. While Charles was in the Army, his duty stations were Fort Jackson, South Carolina; Fort Ord, California; Fort Polk, Louisiana; and Wiesbaden, Germany. It was in Wiesbaden that he was given an Honorable Discharge in 1991. After the military, two of the most important jobs in his life were working for the Boeing Company in Everett, Washington, and driving long-haul trucks. He spent six years driving team with his current wife, Janel. Driving team, they traveled through every state except for Alaska and Hawaii. Charles is now living in Hawaii with his wife and family. No, Charles does not have a college education from a prominent university. Yes, Charles knows how to count to three. During all these happenings in life, Charles always had a little travel Bible in his back pocket, and his Bible moved when he moved. Charles always kept up on studies of the Bible through all his adventures and five marriages. God was always showing him something about people and life. Charles visited many churches and had some of his deepest conversations about the words in the Bible and God. God put him on an unconventional educational path, maybe because he saw something unique in him. He has gained wisdom and understanding through his many life experiences. During Charles’s life and all those adventures, he had his eyes opened to many religions and ways of worshiping. He learned some of the ways people worship in their various religious groups, including the Mormons, Baptists, Seventh-day Adventists, Muslims, Pentecostals, Pagans, Wiccans, and Catholics. Charles learned by going to some churches that to be a member of some churches you must be baptized into the churches. Well, the King James Version of the Holy Bible says (in Ephesians 4:5) there is one Lord, one faith, and one baptism. It does not say anything about church membership. Charles is now retired and living in Hawaii. He has just finish, and is hoping to publish his first book, titled Life Makes Sense If You Just Listen. And be on the lookout for his second book, part 2 of Life Makes Sense If You Just Listen.
