“WHY I BELIEVE IN: THE ETERNAL STATE”

This nonfiction story is about Bernette La Duca, who as a young child had a deep yearning in her heart for God. It is about her journey out of spiritual darkness, into spiritual light, love and truth through faith in the living God. It is her personal testimony on why she believes is an all-powerful and loving God who cares about his creation. During her journey to find Jesus, she experiences the supernatural and shares her personal testimonies about her experiences with human and spiritual beings who walk in spiritual darkness or light, including supernatural experiences with Jesus Christ and the elect angels, and Satan, his demons. She comes to realize that she and the whole world are in a Fallen State, that there is more to life than meets the eye, and a better life that awaits believers in the Eternal State. During her faith walk, she comes to realize that there is good and evil, light and darkness and right and wrong—and discovers and exposes the many ways these evil spiritual forces and realities manifest in our realm here on the Earth. Through studying the bible, supernatural encounters with good and evil and personal study of biblical archeology, and history, Bernette learns about the many ways that the enemy tries to deceive humanity through many false doors of darkness, human hubris and worldly religions. She comes to embrace God’s word, the sufficiency of Christ's sacrifice, discovering that the fallen must accept the gospel to be born again, to become a new perfect creation born of God and welcomed into the Eternal State. As she embraces her true, righteous and eternal identity in Christ, she experiences new life, joy, peace, freedom, and an unshakeable assurance because of her forever fellowship and unity with God. Bernette’s story is one of the souls’ triumphs over evil, darkness, sin, death and the receiving of salvation through our one living hope found by faith in Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world!
