About the Book

A boy loses his father and is thrust into an all or nothing journey. He is accompanied by a group of retired elite soldiers on a conquest to save a prince from being beheaded while Onken is under attack from overwhelming odds. There is a tight deadline and maybe nothing to come back to.

About the Author

James L. Gorman is a husband, father, and retired teacher. He has always enjoyed books of all genres. He has 4 wonderful children all adults now. He played college football and still enjoys playing golf. He and his wife of 32 years live on a quiet farm in the Midwest. She is still the love of his life.
