Carmen is a caring, understanding and sweet woman who always worries about her loved ones. She loves her husband with whom she has shared most of her life, her son and her grandson. In this her second book, she brings a compendium of recipes, clearly explained where she reveals the secrets that contribute to gastronomic pleasure.

About the Author

My name is Carmen. This recipe book comes after years of cooking. My knowledge, dedication, and enthusiasm comes from my insatiable passion for food. For years I saw mom cook the most delicious meals. My recipes are not all from the Island in the Caribbean where I was born, although there is a fair share of them. I really love eating and like my mother before me, I am always looking for ways to create new dishes.
