About the Book
The Venice Literary Review is a book of short essays and musings about aging, the challenges of change, a move to Florida from New York during the pandemic, adjustment to a highly regulated gated community for retirees, diminishing physical abilities, memories of the past, and the struggles of being a writer.
About the Author
Paul Levine’s writing has been published in Hayden’s Ferry Review, the Kansas Quarterly, Permafrost, the Berkeley Fiction Review, American Way (the in-flight magazine of American Airlines), The Pacific Coast Journal, The Single Parent, The New York Times, Newsday, and Parade, among others. He lives in Venice, Florida with his wife and Yorkie.
