About the Book

Upstairs there’s a tinkering of toys. In the hallway, there is laughter and little feet. Down in the playroom, a voice shouts, “Woo!” in pure delight. Deep into the night, all around the house are the noises of fun and games when Spooky comes out to play. There’s no reason to be scared of Spooky. Those bumps in the night are just Spooky doing what ghosts do, and believe it or not, Spooky likes games just like you! Join Spooky in his playful adventures until the sun comes up, when it’s time for silly ghosts to go to bed.

About the Author

Growing up, M. J. Fazio spent more of her days in the backseat of a van rather than in a settled household. With her parents moving the large family state to state each year, M. J. learned the importance of imagination as an outlet. Today, M. J. enjoys cuddling with her puppy, Peanut, to write, imagine, and relive fond memories from her childhood.
