Jacob Mbua Ngeve is a research scientist and research manager. After completing university doctoral studies in the USA, Dr Ngeve came back to Cameroon and started a long and fruitful career on root crops research and international agriculture which took him to nearly all African countries, working with various international organizations and national research systems on projects and networks. His work led him to be promoted to full research professor, and he worked his way to become Director General, a Presidential appointee of the Institute of Agricultural Research, Cameroon. He is author of several scientific articles and is well known in the African region. He is presently resident in Creedmoor, North Carolina with his family.
