About the Book

Six-year-old Stella is so excited to go on a field trip with her class to the local nature center. While she is riding on the bus to the center, Stella sees garbage scattered alongside the road and wonders how all that litter got there. In this children’s story with an important message, a little girl on a field trip with her class learns how she and her pickup pals can do small things every day to ensure Earth stays healthy and beautiful.

About the Author

Melinda M. Fons (Lin) earned a degree in nursing from Oakland University near Detroit, Michigan. She has two adult children and three inquisitive grandchildren.
