About the Book

By me writing this book will give you as the reader a jump start claiming the bible in your life more. By doing this you make the bible part of you. An edge up of life itself, that’s not saying that you equal with God, He is still ahead of you. God gave me this idea of my birthday verses about four years ago, and it has worked so well that I thought I would pass it along with my blessings. It has put more life into the Bible for me. The thirty verses I have as my birthday verses have been a huge blessing for me and have carved out my personality I didn’t know I had but was always there.

About the Author

I am a 76 year old that has a brand new vocation in life in writing this book. I was born in Maryland on the Eastern shore side of the state on a farm. I was nearsighted which caused problems in school. At the age of 25, married and with two kids felt the need for more schooling. You see I was a graduate and could not spell the word (graduate). I got the words (this) and (that) mixed up, (was) and (were) confusing to me. O yes! I needed more schooling alright, so I chose a bible school to go to. I did not realize it then but God had a plan to not only to get my much needed schooling, but with a bible based knowledge of His word also. It took me five more years to get my bible degree and a BA degree in education. These seventy six years of my life have many twists and turns, but I through the leading and guidance of the Lord Jesus and the blessed holy Spirit I made it, With my stroke and my computer at my fingertips, God has allowed me to put down on paper the things that have been stored up in my heart. I hope this book “personalizing the bible is one of many. I have one called “3 levels and 7 positions.” will be my next one. I live here in Helen Georgia with my wife and together 6 children and 13 grandchildren 7 great-grandchildren, all living in three states, Georgia, North and South Carolina and one in France with her husband and her four. My preacher, the pastor of the church I attended in my bible school days, “said he hoped to die with hundreds of unfulfilled dreams. Never give up. As long as God gives me breath, I will move forward also. Napoleon Hill says: Success requires no explanation; failures must be doctored with alibis. The surest way to achieve acceptance in any organization or in any line of work is to be successful. Unfortunately, life doesn’t work that way. No matter how carefully you study a subject, no matter how rationally you make decisions, no matter how well prepared you are, you will occasionally make mistakes. Human beings always do. The important thing is to realize that temporary setbacks are not permanent failures. Successful people recognize that we all experience temporary setbacks that require us to reevaluate our performance and take corrective action to achieve success. They know that adversity is never permanent
