About the Author

Potsha Harris is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) and certified as an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL V4) professional. She has 20+ years of experience as a Principal Process Consultant, Continuous Process Improvement Consultant, Sr. Advisor, Quality Assurance, Program and Project Management. She has a MBA with an emphasis in Global Management and a BS in Health Information Management. She has worked in various fortune 500 and 100 companies, training, coaching, and mentoring. She is passionate about working with champions, leaders, and their teams on policies, procedures, work instructions, process development, and improving documentation and process mapping.
