This book is about my eight year old little girl who we found out had a stage four cancerous brain tumor. We first started out by her having surgery. Then knowing what part of her life was ahead: several therapies to strengthen, and motivate her for her next journey of her treatment. This book is about her and our journey as a family going through proton radiation and chemotherapy. The book is then finished by informing about our daughter’s progress 9 months out after her surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.

In January 2019, Felicia Williams’s intuition told her something was clearly wrong with her eight-year-old daughter, Kariina. For months, this active little girl experienced severe headaches, spent a lot of time sleeping, and began to lose her balance. The family’s world was turned upside down when they learned their daughter had a brain tumor the size of a golf ball at the base of her neck. About the Author
Felicia and Charles Williams have been married eleven years and have three children. They live in Elkhart, Indiana.
