Dr. Tony Hudson is a nationally recognized expert in racial equity, organizational change leadership, and collaborative culture transformation. He is the president and founder of Racially Conscious Collaboration™ and has spent more than twenty years helping leaders, teams, and organizations build the capacity for healthy cross-racial dialogue, stronger collaboration, and sustained systemic change.
His work has reached organizations across major U.S. cities and internationally, bringing the research-based Racially Conscious Collaboration™ Tool into real-world practice. Grounded in a vision of full humanity, his work helps people navigate race, intersectionality, and other dimensions of identity while strengthening relationships and building more equitable and effective organizations.
Dr. Hudson holds a doctoral degree in organizational change leadership, with a focus on the hallmarks of effective anti-racist leadership and organizational change.
