About the Book

Designed to help sensitive souls intentionally align with the callings of their higher self, Soul Communication is a guide to becoming the creator of one’s unique path of abundance. Shaped by a story of the cyclic nature of death and rebirth through an astrological metaphor, the journey includes twelve powerful exercises of intentional soul work, used for transcending darkness to light and fear to love, in all areas of life. Western medicine call it ‘mental illness’. Shamanic traditions call it ‘spiritual emergence’. I call it ‘rebirth’. Rebirth does not have to be painful, but rather, enables you to release old patterns that no longer serve your highest good, so that you can receive the new. Rebirth does not have to create suffering, but rather, empowers you to heal and free yourself from limiting belief systems. Rebirth does not have to be resisted, but rather, awakens you to the beauty and liberation of limitless possibility. Rebirthing the soul is a natural process of evolution and is often mistaken as a problem, but Soul Communication transcends this stigma, reflecting the exact reason why humanity must surrender to rebirth. About the Author

Olivia discovered that her past struggles with ‘mental health’ were not brokenness, but rather, her soul attempting to be reborn. She felt inspired to write Soul Communication because she believes that rebirth does not have to be painful – for her, it turned out to be extremely liberating. Horses, art, creativity and other forms of occupational therapy were the greatest healing modalities on Olivia’s rebirthing journey.
