As Ambassadors for Christ, there is no harm in admitting that we do not have all the answers for the problems and concerns that people are faced with, but we can refer all who come to us for help to the Word of God. God’s Word can heal the Body, Mind, Spirit and Soul. This might not be true in all instances, for there are times when persons must seek professional help, but even in those times it is God doing the work; for He works through His people. Trust God to do what He instructs you to do; this applies to both the giver and the receiver, of the Word. Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. May you find your healing whether spiritual, physical, mental or other, through the Word that has been given to others in this book; those who wrestled to find answers and solutions to their problems. So, how does a person who spends much of their time listening to a plethora of problems and concerns of other individuals unburden when the listener become overwhelmed themselves? I found the answer to that question when I looked at the many instances in the Bible when Jesus found it necessary to “get away”. There were times when Jesus went to an isolated place alone to pray; he needed time to himself. So, if Jesus needed some alone time, then it stands to reason that we too need time alone to collect our thoughts and put things in the proper perspective. We need time to reflect and unwind, we need rest. This book is the result of my alone time with God. As I began to rehash in my mind the many occasions when persons sought directions and answer from me, the words and messages I gave to them, now have a way of ministering to me also.

About the Book
This book Healing for the Body, Mind, Spirit, and Soul is a compilation of some of the sermons she has preached over the years. The sermons have brought comfort to many, given strength to others, and provided a way of release to many who have been perplexed by some of life’s problems.
About the Author
Reverend Eleanor D. Miller was born in Polk County, North Carolina, the second child of nine children born to the late Ella Mae and Franklin Dupree Davis. She is married to Charles W. Miller and together they have seven children and eighteen grandchildren. Rev. Miller accepted her call into the ministry in 1998. She received her Exhorters license in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church in 1999. She received her Local Preachers license in 2001 under the leadership of Rev. Barbara Phillips. Rev. Miller was ordained Deacon of the C.M.E. church in 2000 and was assigned as pastor of New Zion C.M.E. church, Pea Ridge NC in 2003 and continues to serve as pastor there. Rev. Miller was ordained Elder of the C.M.E. church at the joint New York/Washington and Carolina Region Conference held in Arlington Virginia in 2004. She received “Full Connection Status in the C.M.E. church July 20, 2006.
