Mr Sheffield was born December 17,1949.Mr Sheffield was born into this world as a son of a sharecropper. Growing up on a cotton farm was a hard life for anyone. Me Sheffield said looking back on his life he would have not changed anything. Carl joined the Army at a young age. serving in Fort Benning Ga, Fort Polk La, then to Fort Lewis Wa. on his senior trip to the tropical land of Vietnam.Traveling to several countries then returning back to Fort Knox Ky. Mr Sheffield drove a truck for several years. retiring, bought interests in a restaurant. Mr Sheffield now resides in Rome, Ga.
