The author hope readers will be able to relate to many of the pieces and hopefully find inspiration to be strong and resilient people. About the Author

Rennetta Lewis hails from Anguilla where she spent her formative years before relocating to St. Croix. Her love for expressive literary art began in her early teens when she realized poetry transcended her into a figurative safe space. Recognizing her literary arts talents, she was invited to contribute to "Where I See the Sun: Contemporary Poetry in Anguilla." Besides writing, she loves to perform her poems as well as, give inspirational talks.
