About the Book

Trish tried everything to get rid of her freckles. Then she wanted to be taller, tried to break her leg and get tonsillitis. Nothing she tried worked, but later she realized that it was best to be herself. Trish is an example of a free-thinking young girl who took action to get what she wanted. In doing so she later instilled self-worth and confidence in her three children.

Donna Tagliabracci lives with her husband Bob Chapman in Mount Forest, Ontario, Canada. She enjoys writing children’s books in her spare time. Her stories are inspired by true events.
