It observes deeply why black race is lagging behind other races, and reveals the secret part of black's retardation.
In part I, it compares two races (semi-white and black races) to the White race that continues to exert above the other two.
There it enumerates racial developments, with a focus on science of technology.
About the Author
PAUL Tarsleh is a Liberian, born 1970. He is a religious writer who received some enlightenment from our Lord Jesus and he has a lot of stories to tell the Christian community and the world at large. He came to the United States in August 2014 from where he writes.
