About the Author

Dave DeRose started his plumbing and heating company in a recessed area of 10,000 people. Growing this business to serve communities in a 50 mile radius and staff of 12 to 15 he then turned his efforts to the City as City Council and Mayor for over 9 years and then helping to develop youth as a founding board member of a Boy's and Girl's club and working with the local Young Life club. Selling the company he is still consulting with the company and is involved in youth organizations.
