About the Author
Reveral L. Yeargin was born in Greenville, South Carolina to the late Horace Yeargin, Sr., and Naomi Yeargin. Reveral spent his early years working alongside his father in construction and has continued in the same professions for last 35 years. He was inspired to write poetic material to leave a legacy to the next generation. Reveral Yeargin has pursued a career in politics and was elected in October 1996 to serve his community in Seat Pleasant, Maryland, as a Councilmember for Ward III. The City Council had the confidence in his ability to lead them as the Council President for the last three years. Reveral Yeargin has published his first book “A Beacon of Hope” 2012.
