George-Ann Dunovant has always been a storyteller. She grew up with a wild imagination fueled by a well-travelled childhood. With a background in Early Childhood Education she spent 3 years teaching in both Maryland and Hawaii. The Haitian born author always dreamed of writing children’s books, but thought the dream far off.
Today she enjoys life as a stay-at-home mom, writing and sharing her many ideas with her husband, running her small business and living an exciting life full of travel and adventure.
Kathleen (Kat) Miller was born and raised in Kailua, Hawaii. She has been making art and creating messes since she was a little girl. Her background in Elementary Education (BA) and Child Development (MEd) inspired her love of illustrating children’s picture books. When she’s not in her creative world making whimsical pieces of art, you can find her snuggling her two children, husband, cat, and dog.
