About the Author

Tamekia Lashelle Palmer is a patient care assistant/psych tech, hair and fashion model, and actress who holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. Known in her inner-circle as G-Moma, Meka is the mother of five, grandmother to six, and also cares for three nieces. She resides in Houston, Texas. This is her debut collection of poetry.
