About the Book

Poet Jobie Sprout believes her humorous side came from listening to her parents and grandparents telling stories long into the night. Despite her great joy in life, though, there is darkness. Her poetic storytelling comes from a metaphorical deep blue sea where, at times, Jobie imagines herself safely sheltered from humanity’s cruelty. Her collection Paradontic bridges the gap between joy and pain, loneliness and romance. Her poems will inspire laughter, thought, and perhaps even creativity. Jobie’s words go far into the mind and soul of the feminine inner being even as women stumble through the mundane rhythm of day-to-day life. This varied collection covers topics like religious inspiration, family relationships, and even sex. About the Author

Jobie Sprout was born in St. Catherine, Jamaica. She finds joy in serving God through his only begotten son, Jesus Christ and enjoy serving others where the needs are great. Her ambition is to write compelling movies, Broadway musicals, and stage plays that will wow audiences and make them fall in love. She works as a Transformational Life Coach of all ages. She welcomes the conversational group settings and public speaking.
