Jeffrey M. Russo is inspired by the colors of life that have permeated his personal journey for many years. In his third collection of poetry, he shares lyrical musings that provide a glimpse into his view of the world around him, while conveying tales about beauty, friendship, humanity, and much more.

As he explores thoughts, feelings, and the characters of the people he has met on his path through life, Russo re ects on the love of two women, a favorite pen that feels like an old friend, an exquisite red maple tree that still holds its dark vibrancy, the touch of cold air that surrounds jubilant crowds in Times Square, and a spectacular view from a high-rise window that looks upon a bustling city below.

About the Author

Jeffrey M. Russo was first inspired to write after watching the classic Danny Kaye film Hans Christian Anderson, and since then, his love of the written word has only grown more. He currently resides in Stamford, Connecticut. The Colors of Life is his third volume of poetry.
