A Word of Encouragement
Sometimes in our lives we must press on through adversities, trials, and tribulations. By the strength of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, we can overcome all obstacles of life if we just believe and trust in Him. There is NOTHING too hard that cannot be conquered through faith.
These poems were birth out of my soul and inspired by the living Word. When I was a young girl, I wrote poetry. But, years passed and I had not been inspired to pen my deepest thoughts on paper—until now. I owe my gratitude to a special individual who awaken the poet in me again.
Psalms 91:4-5:
He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under His wings shalt
thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and bucker.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night: nor for the
arrow that flieth by day.
These words I leave with my family and friends for a lifetime.

“FOUR LITTLE PROTECTORS”
My daddy/protector went away to sleep in the arms of the Most High,
But, rest assured we’ll see each other again by and by,
The Father looked down and saw my grief,
And, sent four little protectors for my relief,
Four little protectors He did send,
To help me to mend,
God gave each protector a gift,
To help me lift,
First protector was humble and meek,
Very quiet in his speech,
Second protector was short and sweet,
He did sweep me off my feet,
Third protector brighten my days with his smiles,
Smiles that could last a life time that energized me for miles and miles,
Fourth protector was big and strong like bronze,
Strength that guarded me from my storms,
My four little protectors God did send,
To protect me to the end,
Thank you God’s little protectors,
To protect me from my end,

“TWO ROADS DESTINED TO MEET”
A poet wrote about, “The Road Not Taken”,
Though there are two roads to travel in lovers lives,
These two roads are destined to meet,
One road was heavily traveled by many feet,
Lovers who are unsure of their paths,
Are surely to travel the road with the most feet,
So, one lover allowed the other to go explore the road that’s very steep,
Until, the day comes when both can travel the road with only two sets of feet,
Four footprints that is planted so deep,
TWO SOULS THAT ARE DESTINE TO MEET,
ON ONE ROAD DESTINE BY FATE,

“RAINBOW IN THE SKY”
Yesterday, I saw a rainbow in the sky with no rain,
While traveling not by train,
It appeared out of nowhere this rainbow in the sky with no rain,
There were many colors bright and clear,
Red, yellow, orange, green, blue, white, and purple did appear,
The closer I approached my destiny; the colors seemed to quickly disappear,
While traveling that day,
I saw a message on a wall nearby,
A message just for me after seen the rainbow in the sky,
Here’s the message on the wall nearby:
“In your soul are infinitely precious things
that cannot be taken from you.”
Traveling the highway of destiny,
Leaving a place of heaviness,
Driving toward the rainbow in the sky,
I realized God put a rainbow in the sky,
A message on a wall nearby,
To send my troubles bye-bye,
No more stressing,
No more depressing,
Just looking for my blessing,
From the rainbow in the sky,

“REMEMBER”
Though you say the time has come for us to move on,
There are things we must remember:
Remember the good times we shared day by day,
Remember the smiles you gave me that brighten my way,
Remember the obstacles we moved away,
Remember the laughter that filled the room,
Remember how the laughter removed the gloom,
Remember the food you wanted to share,
Remember the music we did share,
Remember the secret talks as we walked side by side,
Remember how it all started outside and moved inside,
Remember the hugs that made me feel snug as a bug,
Remember the almost love we dared to explore,
I’ll always remember the,
Good times
Smiles
Laughter,
Food
Music,
Secret talks and walks
Hugs, and
Love we dared to explore,
REMEMBER, REMEMBER
JUST REMEMBER MY SMILES—
REMEMBER THE GOOD TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“IT’S NEVER GOOD-BYE”
A songwriter wrote, “It’s So Hard to Say Goodbye”,
True love never says bye-bye,
Love is like Muhammad Ali,
Who floated like a butterfly and stung like a bee,
The greatest boxer of all time knew how to rebound,
Sometimes love might hit the ground,
But, true love always comes back around,
Let’s jump for love and get the rebound,
Ready set jump get the rebound,
Before love hits the ground,
True love never ever says good-bye
,So, there’s no bye-bye
