About the Author

Andrew Lee Oliver is a business architect and helps businesses become more profitable through the use of automation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and the outsourcing of work both domestically and abroad. Oliver’s experience in these areas includes the following: Established offshore operations in Bangalore and Chennai, India Managed international teams in China, India, Myanmar (Burma), and Canada Provided people, process, and technology analysis as part of M&A teams Worked as chief of staff for the world’s largest business-process-outsourcing project Automated key processes for financial systems and environmental health and safety systems. Andrew has more than fifteen years of consulting and work experience with such corporate luminaries as Bell Labs, Con Edison, ADP, Tyco International, NTT Data, Cegedim, Eli Lilly, and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Andrew is an illustrious thirtythird degree freemason. He has a master’s degree in computer science from Rutgers University, an organizational and executive coaching certificate from NYU, and a Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality.
