About the Author
Charles Garrett earned an MBA and a master’s of biblical studies. He is vice president of operations at Legacy Christian University, Huntsville, Alabama. Garrett retired from ALDOT after a thirty-one year career and from the Alabama Air National Guard after twenty-two years. He lives in Madison, Alabama, with wife, Judy.
