Clark Benjamin is a Republican, appointed to fill the remaining two years of his late father’s U.S. Senate term. James Wohlsen is an Air Force veteran and retired trust banker. He earned a degree in History and Political Science from Gettysburg College and a CEBS designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
