Sean and his best friend are heading to a movie when they think someone is following them in another car. But when they make a sudden turn and stop, the car disappears without a trace. As they proceed on to the movie, they have no idea that the man trailing them in the car has just stopped in front of his ex-girlfriend’s house and attacked her.

The next day, Sean knows the perfect remedy for his troubles at home is attending a concert with his close friends, Heather, Josh, David, Billy, Tracy, and Sarah. It seems that the music and their laughter is the only thing that brightens up the darkness. But after a chain of unsettling events begins to unfold, everyone in the group suddenly realizes that all it takes is one simple thing to make a person crazy.

In this gripping tale, seven teenagers who are unwittingly lured into the middle of nowhere must rely on instincts, courage, and perseverance to find their way back to reality where secrets are revealed.

About the Author

Naeyla El-Hajj works as a medical office assistant. Her first short story, A Knight’s Tale, was published in a newspaper article. She earned a diploma from CDI College and resides in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where she keeps busy writing poetry and working on her second novel.
