About the Author

Author Joel Santana born in a small town in the state of Michigan has successfully worked his way through the retail management system. A Graduate of SAE Institute of Technology graduating at the top of his class in Audio Technology. He has made it a top priority to obtain a thorough education by also obtaining a Degree in Business Technology and a certification in Computer Repair Technology. His education encompasses a vast wealth of knowledge adding to his personal experiences. His proven personal shrink record and 11 years of experience as a retail manager shows evident in this book. It also shows how important shrink is to him and his willingness to give back all that he has learned over the years.
