Alexandra Lancaster and Dusty McCrae resolve to find out what happened to Nathan Sterling, and risk their lives in the attempt. As the icons are deciphered, they lead to Ithaca, New York ... Frederick, Maryland ... Harpers Ferry, West Virginia ... and back a quarter century to an event that caused the disappearance.

Finally, back on Moloka’i, the tangled clues reveal an amazing story that began on the edge of a cliff overlooking a raging ocean, and decades later ended there.

About the Author

Harry R. Albers has a bachelors degree in physics from the University of Pittsburgh and a masters degree in physics from Cornell University. He has previously published two books, Murder at Lake Tomahawk and The Discovery. His career has included the Smithsonian Institution, the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy, and San Diego State University. He and his wife, Jean, have three children, five grandchildren, and live in San Diego and the Big Island of Hawai’i.
