About the Author

I was born in a small town in Springfield, ohio
in a close nit family. i'm one of 6 children
I had dropped out of school to help care for
my mother when she was ill. i had went back
to get my G.E.D. the following year.
When my mother passed away in 1993
I began to raise my mentally challenged brother
whom is still with me.
I have been married for 8 years to a wonderful man
whom has always suppoerted me in so many ways.
My father had written a small book of poetry in the 70's
which has always inspired me to want to follow
in his footstep's to honor those whom has touched
my life in many different ways.
My hope for this book is that the readers enjoy the
poem's i've written and that they may touch your life
as these people, places and things has touched mine.
