About the Author

Tochukwu O. Okafor received his Master’s degree in Public Administration with specialization in law and Public Policy from Walden University, Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has been working for State of Arizona since 2006. He currently manages the programs of Arizona Department of Corrections. He got married at the age of 29 to Linda Okafor, and their union is blessed with three children; Uchenna, Jessica, and David.

He detached from his twin sister, Chinwe Mbaneme at a very early stage in life to pursue success. It was not an easy separation for him, but he realized that the love of a family is complete when there is success. After all, success is capable of reuniting people once again. He is a member of American Society for Public Administration (ASPA).
