E. Philip Brown is a history teacher at Haverhill High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst and a master’s degree from Lesley University. Brown and his wife, Chrisi, have two children and live in Haverhill, Massachusetts

Patricia Garwich is a retired sixth grade teacher from Consentino School in Haverhill, Massachusetts. She moved to Haverhill with her family in 1960. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Lowell State College and a master’s degree from Lowell University.
