The Four Personality Color Groups Of People In Our Lives highlights the need to identify and understand the personality differences in those we live and work alongside, and to provide tips for dealing successfully with, and influencing individuals in these groups, The Personal Checklist and Guide was developed as an improvement aid for the success-oriented. While it consists of 15 tenets that speak to the idea of being better, it also serves as a document that can be reviewed periodically in order to refresh and assess one’s improvement progress. The selection of Quotes To Keep And Live By is included because they are worthwhile sayings by individuals with strong characters who have garnered huge reputations for their achievements in life, and because many of these sayings can be adopted and internalized in a personal philosophy. In that most individuals strive to do their best in dealing with tasks of all kinds, it can be assumed that all these would happily take roads to being even better if such roads were revealed to them. While the roads to being better are concerned with extending one's knowledge and skills, the first road to be taken requires one to look internally for weaknesses and skills that need improvement.
