The purpose of the book is to help those who are just starting out cooking and to give those of you who are a little more advance a fresh spin on some simple dishes.

About the Author

Lewis O'Neal currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky with his wife of twelve years and their two beautiful daughters. He loves to read Greek mythology, roman history, poetry, and is a big comic book collector. He is near completing his book of poems, and his own graphic novel.
