About the Author

Thomas Muhlrad was born in Budapest, Hungary, and escaped with his parents during the 1957 revolution. After serving in the US Army in South Korea, Thomas received an honorable discharge and spent time living a peaceful life as a hippie in San Francisco. He became a rabbi in 1970. Now a widower, Thomas enjoys spending time with his daughter.
