About the Book
These poetical pieces were composed mostly in free verse with hints of meter and echoes of rhyme. As human beings we spend a lot of time taking care of our bodies...eating, sleeping, exercising, and seeing doctors. This book delves into the other side of life, the life within us, the life of the spirit.
It is through the spirit that we love, receive love, form friendships, feel close to family and friends, give to others and receive from them.
It is through the spirit that we love God, talk to Him, and receive guidance from Him.
It is through the spirit that we keep the first and second great commandments. We love God with all we’ve got, and love all of our neighbors and ourselves.
