“The Big Picture” combines aspects of various sciences, philosophies, and organizations into a concise school of thought that describes how and why many economic concepts, governing systems, and organized religious institutions seem to function in conflict with the best long term interests of humans and other life on Earth. This is accomplished, in part, by explaining how the sciences and God (the Creator of the Universe) fit together, thus why God and knowledge and the sciences should be considered to be complementary of each other. In this book are explanations of how a realistic Utopia appears to have been intended by the Creator of the Universe to be possible for people to build and live in. Because God gave each person their own mind with which to think for themselves, it seems that the Creator intended for the civilization of human beings to function on a bubble-up democracy basis for maximal happiness, efficiency, and healthy lives for all. An effort has been made to develop this school of thought from available facts and through logical relations, and present them in a set of comprehensive generalizations. In other words, the effort has been scientific.
Experience indicates that there is a long-term memory; that latent in everyone's memory are all of the knowledge patterns and visions of the universe. On the other hand, there is also a short-term memory that is closely related to the cultural and social adaptation of the individual human being to their local society. As illustrations for this argument, there are descriptions of the stultifying effects of industrialized societies on the creative and the freethinking aspects of the psyche including explanations of how the disciplines demanded by militaries, many organized religious institutions, much of the business world, and how most established political organizations manage to disconnect many minds from their deeper resources. It seems that some key top level government policy makers are aware of this discontinuity and promote it because they hope it will be advantageous to them or their associates in the long term, with respect to their political and fiscal power and ambitions, at the expense of the populace.
This book describes how different entities pursue various policies which will result in centralized control over the actions and the thoughts of more and more people, causing them to become like robots until total control of the planetary labor pool by a self-selected few is achieved. This trend depends upon the exploitation of certain government organization loopholes and motivational qualities in human beings that are used to encourage people to pursue objectives that are not necessarily in their best long term interests. In many cases this has been and will be accomplished through effective centralized mind programming. This concept of manipulation is described so the reader might be more aware of how to function within such parameters without losing touch with their God given qualities.
As such, the reader will find an explanation of how God functions as well as how and Earthlings can avoid self-destruction and/or destroying the Earth before completing the steps necessary to continue the evolutionary tract towards a better life into the Universe, as the Creator apparently intends. Thus, it appears that there are many differences between the way the world is today and the way that the Creator, which permitted and/or programmed the Earth and the Universe to evolve, intended. And, if current trends continue, the gap between the way things are and the way that things were intended will continue to grow.
It seems that “Satan” or “the devil” exists in many religious institutions in the form of a middleman between God and the individual persons of the world. This is evident in many churches where the term "the Lord our God" is frequently used instead of God. Due to the relative smallness of the ancient realms of influence, it would have been easy for each to unknowingly exaggerate the importance of various spiritual events. This combined with the power of established organized religious institutions combined with economics could easily have taken advantage of events and data to develop exploitative middleman machinery.
It would be logical that God would like the human species to live happy and peaceful lives, rather than to quarrel with one's sisters and brothers in the international community. Otherwise, God would have sent the human species to its demise long ago. However, this does not mean that humans have assimilated the type of society which Defined God ostensibly planned for human habitation which would provide the longest, most contenting survival for one and for all. The world has been wavering along the sine wave curve, which will continue until it becomes a straight line. But, until then humankind will waver like a pendulum in a flood of over-correction trying to accommodate Natural Law, as described in II-4. This means that the human species will eventually (as designed) stabilize with respect to the political organizational chart in II-6, unless it is destroyed first or innate qualities are programmed out of the human species.
Thus, when one takes a look at a government and attempts to determine the intended purpose of such an organization, common sense suggests that the purpose of governments at all levels should be to serve the people as a mediatory and unrestricted communication medium by providing goods and services which are not economically feasible in the natural, free economy and market place. On the other hand, centralized command economic and governmental systems are usually dysfunctional, because they do not take into consideration reality. Instigators of this dysfunction do not hesitate to resort to lying about facts, promises, and events in their efforts to manipulate the public to support their quest.
This book could well serve as a guide for the forthcoming Psychological Revolution by the people of all levels of governing in the world to concentrate on long-term happiness and reduce the importance of materialistic oriented goals and motivations that are indicators of greed. If this process does not commence very soon, then the end of the good times will be upon us. And, due to the near destruction of past civilizations, there should be no doubt that the natural death throes of the current worldwide civilization (and societies) will not be pleasant. Pain, death, and destruction will be rampant.
New practices are needed to counter the reactions of the planetary natural defense processes. Nature (God) has the upper hand and will win in the end--thus, it is “do or die’; in other words: “God’s Way or the highway to hell”. The world seems to be fast approaching the point where GREED prevails. And when greed does prevail, the world as we know it will come to an end. While many will view the reactions of the Disease of GREED as punishment by God, it is really just a natural reaction of the universe's natural laws in the quest of self-preservation. The only way to halt the regressive reactions of man's past actions that abused and destroyed God's domain is for the [leaders of the] people of the world to recognize past mistakes and correct them within the laws of nature as soon as possible. Some people claim that “we can’t afford” to modify our policies – however, the choice is to pay now or pay later, but IT ALWAYS COSTS MORE TO PAY LATER.
