It can also be used as a term to define the actions people take to help relieve persisting feelings of depression or general sadness. I’m afraid of heights but had to jump off! It was really scary but thrilling at the same time! With the writing on the wall at work and feeling like I was on the brink of insanity, I decided it was time to make a move and made the decision to turn in my two-week’s notice in November of 2008. Nobody, including my wife, had a clue. I’d had it at this point, and couldn’t be talked out of it by anyone.

Richard Hartley Hammond is the creator, writer, executive producer of a reality television concept and pilot teaser titled Early Bird Special. Richard resides in San Diego, California, where he enjoys creating, inspiring, and sharing stories about real people and real life. This is his first book.
